Located just 45 mins drive from Alicante airport, 35 mins drive from Murcia airport and in walking distance to a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets it makes an ideal holiday destination. The property has a driveway where you can park your car, or there is lots of parking on the road in front of the property or the car park to the rear of the property. The property boasts a larger than average porch area at the front of the property, ideal for al fresco dining or sunbathing. With this being a south facing property you have sunshine throughout the year. The property has an alarm. Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises 2 x 2 seater sofas, wooden table, pictures, dining table and 4 dining chairs.
